- Reservation + Booking
- Requests are handled in the order of receipt. You will be notified in case your required wedding date or plan is not available.
- Deposit
- With reservation, a deposit of $200 is due. Maui Weddings cannot act on your behalf without deposit received.
- In case your required wedding date or alternate date and plan is not available, the deposit is returned to you in full. With confirmation, your reservation is binding and deposit is due. Some vendors, locations and photographers require additional deposits. If this affects your wedding, we will notify you accordingly.
- Payment
- Balance of total invoice must be received 30 days in advance of the wedding date. Payments may be made by personal check, money order, travelers check or credit card (VISA, MASTER). If booking is within one month prior to the wedding date, the full amount is due within 72 hours, payable by travelers check or money order only. Please make checks payable to Maui Wedding, G+D Int. LLC.
- Prices
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- All prices plus 4,17% Hawaii State Tax.
- Short notice orders
- Additional services or items might be ordered up until 48 hours prior to the wedding date, if available. Additional fees for short-notice orders might apply. Payment is due before wedding.
- Outside Services
- Any outside services, for example photography, booked directly by the couple not using Maui Weddings’ coordination services, will incur coordination fees at $50 per hour. Minimum charge per third party service at your wedding (that is not booked through Maui Weddings) is $50.
- Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable with confirmed wedding date and plan. For special services ordered in your name, an additional cancellation fee might apply, f.e. for locations, photographers etc. All other payments are refundable in full up to 30 days prior to the wedding date. No refunds if cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the wedding date; the full amount of invoice is due.
- Limitation of Liability
- Maui Lani Weddings shall not be held liable for non-compliance caused by Acts of God, government/state/county regulations, failure of transportation or equipment, or by similiar nature beyond reasonable control. Maui Lani Weddings shall in no event be liable for any lost profits, or special, indirect, or consequential damages suffered by any party arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use any of the services as provided by Maui Lani Weddings.
- Publication
- Maui Weddings reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publications or other purposes.
- If your wedding is a secret, please let us know and we will provide you with all cautions needed.
- General
- Maui Wedding is a division of G+D International LLC with its principal place of business on Maui Hawaii. The law of the United States is applicable. Venue shall be Maui, Hawaii. Should any of the provisions of this agreement be found to be invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. Modifications and additions shall only be effective if stated in writing. This form constitutes the complete statement of terms.
